Job description：Develop, Improve an d maintain C based SW an d algorithms for sensored Ｏr sensorless field-oriented / direct torque control of brushless multiphase motors embedded in our products/systems globally especially in residential Ｏr commercial air conditioning products.Create reliable software solutions in compliance with internal SW development guidelinesWriting SW in C language for embedded platforms （16-32 bit microcontrollers）Ensure SW design in compliance with internal an d external Safety （IEC 60730 ） an d EMC standardsPerform an d plan SW tests （unit, system, lab, field）Writing/maintaining the technical documentation of algorithmsUse appropriate tools an d test methods to ensure fully functional an d robust motor control algorithms prior to integration into platforms.Work with HW an d thermal engineers to drive appropriate tradeoffs to deliver subsystem level attribute targets.Translate technical/sub-system attribute targets into module/components targets.Create modules/libraries an d facilitate reuse of knowledge globally.Collaborate across functional an d geographic boundaries to leverage global knowledge an d deliver winning solutions.Designing algorithms reusable by different platforms an d frameworks Study customer’s requirements an d provide comments for feasibility studyHaving experience on using tools like TortoiseSVN, JIRA

Qualifications ：Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering , Computer Engineering Ｏr similar software design related education （Master Ｏr PhD preferred.）Knowledge about software developing, e.g. fix-point an d integer scaling, C/C , Architecture an d design-patternsHaving embedded software design experience especially on ARM Cortex M series microcontrollers.Minimum 5 years of experience on embedded C programming an d debugging tools preferably in white goods/automotive/consumer electronics industry especially in residential Ｏr commercial air conditioning .Experienced with Matlab /Simulink Ｏr similar tools Self-motivated an d a capability for working to a high level of detail an d accuracy with an excellent working knowledge of modern microcontroller designs. Familiar with various MCU, FPGA an d related software tools （ARM Cortex M series microcontrollers NXP MCU, Infineon MCU, TI C2000 DSP, ST MCU, Microchip MCU）Willing to make research about new technologies an d new generations of microcontrollers.General competency in periphery disciplines （electrical engineering: electrical circuits, electromagnetics, semiconductors, active/passive components, power sources, etc ）FMEA, requirements management, project management, problem solving methodologies an d tools.Excellent problem solving an d critical thinking skills.Good communication an d self-management skills.
