？ 负责QA/QC部门的管理和日常运作工作。Responsible for the QA/QC department operations an d daily activities.
？ 维持公司ISO管理体系及HSE管理体系。Upholding of ISO quality system an d HSE management system.
？ Manage the quality team including QC technicians an d maintain the teamwork.管理质量团队包括QC技术员和维持团队合作
？ 负责对客户的投诉进行分析，核实和落实整改的预防措施。推动举一反三的思维，把预防措施实施到各个产品工艺上。Conduct an d lead the validation an d verification of customer complaints, evaluate the root cause an d implement corrective action an d preventive measures. Ensure preventive measures are also applied to all similar product an d process.
？ 负责和确保所有品质的目标都按公司制定的指标落实和达成。Responsible an d ensure all Quality meet the Company target an d KPI set.
？ 组织接待客户及第三方（BSI） 的验厂审核及ISO体系审核。Responsible for all customer factory audits, factory yearly inspection review by local government authority an d BSI & ISO quality system audit.
？ 负责对生产过程中造成的不良品进行调整、及原因调查，必要时提出预防纠正措施，减少生产过程中不良品的产生。
？ 负责对生产工艺流程的持续改善和推动给予建议和参与落实。Responsible an d be part of the team in manufacturing process continuing improvement.
？ 安排对库存返工品给出返工方案。Propose the rework solution for reworked products in inventory.
？ 处理原料的质量问题，与采购、供应商沟通，改善原料质量；必要时安排到供应商处的验厂审核。Improve the qualities of raw materials through the communications with purchasing department an d suppliers. Conduct supplier site audit as an d when necessary.
？ 组织质量会议、管理评审会议 ；安排ISO体系的内审工作。Organize the quality meeting an d management review. Conduct the internal ISO quality system audit.
？ 监督实验室仪器设备的校验工作，确保实验室仪器设备被正确使用。 Supervise laboratory equipment’s calibration to ensure their being used properly.
？ 确保实验室仪器设备满足生产批次的检测需要。Ensure laboratory equipments meet the examination need of production.
？ 维持实验室的工作环境的整洁、美观。Maintain a clean an d tidy working environment of laboratory. ？ 负责和监督日常工作环境卫生和7S落实到位。。.Responsible an d ensure 7S are well an d rightly conducted.

任职要求：1, 本科以上学历，化工类专业，2, 5年以上化工行业质量经理工作经验;3, 系统了解企业质量管理模式，熟悉质量体系，熟悉质量检验、生产工艺和实际操作规范，能够独立建立健全品质体系;4, 具有良好的质量分析、判断、解决问题的能力;5, 思维清晰，反应敏捷，分析考虑问题全面;6, 具有较强的计划、组织、协商、领导和执行能力;7, 有良好的组织沟通能力，良好的判断能力，8, 英语熟练。
