As a Campus Recruitment, you will be part of the Power Grids （PG） Division an d Transformers （BU） Business unit, based in Datong. ABB is World’s No.1 in Power Products Business an d the product manufactured becomes the key components to transmit an d distribute electricity. The division incorporates ABB’s manufacturing network for Transformers, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Cables an d associated equipment. It also offers all the services needed to ensure products’ performance an d extend their lifespan.
Your Tasks as a Campus Recruitment will include the following:

？ The success candidate will be the part of an international design an d engineering team heavily specialized in traction transformer design.
？ Responsible for electrical development of traction transformer order an d tender designs in compliance with the market an d sales strategy to meet the market needs.
？ Coordinating his design activities within a worldwide factories network.
？ Influence specification at the tender an d pre-tender stage, through conceptual discussions.
？ Participation in internal design concept reviews.
？ Lead the technical communications/discussions/decisions with the customers covering the whole business chain of value where technical skills are keys （tendering, sales, project execution, after sales services…）.
？ Support the local & global organization on S&M, SCM, quality activities, cost savings.
？ Support product type test an d review test reports.
？ Bachelor Ｏr Master’s Degree, major in Electrical Engineering.
？ 2 years of working Experience in Electrical Design for Oil Immersed Transformers. Further Experience in other products such as Shunt Reactors, Special transformers would be desirable.
？ Understanding of Power Transformer Electrical, Design, Magnetics, Thermal, Dielectrics, Short circuit, hydraulic an d sound performance is preferred.
？ Expert in Electrical Simulation Ｏr Software Development, LV Electrical Schematic （Knowledge in E3 will be an advantage）.
？ Familiar in Microsoft Office an d VBA simulation will be an advantage.
？ Good knowledge in Transformer Testing will be considered as plus.
