Job Title: Senior Application Specialist-Blends高级应用工程师-复配 Report to: Application Manager应用经理 Business Unit: DHC 帝斯曼亲水胶体业务单元 Location: 桐乡
The Challenge: Different hydrocolloids an d emulsifiers property an d their applications.多种亲水胶体和乳化剂的特性和应用。Diversification requirement of customers. 客户技术需求的多样化。Different processing an d formulation of dairy an d beverage etc.乳制品和饮料等的生产工艺及配方。 The Position: Mainly focus on application development of stabilizer blends an d technical service for dairy an d beverage etc foods. 主要专注于开发应用于乳制品和饮料等食品的复配添加剂，为客户提供技术服务。Assist to develop other kinds of foods include confectionary, jam, spread, meat products, elderly food an d so on. 协助其他食品的应用开发，包括糖果、果酱、涂抹酱、肉制品、老年食品等的应用开发项目。Support application manager to achieve good maintenance an d development of Application Lab, an d make sure the compliance on laboratory SHE with acceptable global standards, China regulations an d DSM standards.帮助应用经理保持应用实验室的良好运行，确保符合实验室SHE全球标准，中国法规及DSM标准。Collaborate with colleagues based in application department an d DSM other hydrocolloids sites etc. for the related projects. 与应用部其他同事及亲水胶体其他场地的同事一起合作，开发相关的项目。Responsible care resource for BU /BG /other R&D centre for good practices exchanging Ｏr special tasks be assigned. 与业务单元/业务集团或其它研发中心保持良好的交流和合作，共同完成一些特许的项目。Promote related colleagues in lab an d business team, with knowledge on application of stabilizer blends，gellan gum，xanthan gum, welan gum an d others hydrocolloids via training an d coaching. 通过培训和训练提升实验室相关同事和商务团队了解复配稳定剂、结冷胶、黄原胶、文莱胶和其它亲水胶体的应用。
The Ideal: Master degree Ｏr above with the major of food.硕士及以上学历，食品专业。Work on dairy & beverage Ｏr application development of stabilizer blends. 具有8年以上乳品饮料研发或乳品饮料复配稳定剂应用开发的工作经验。Knowledge of English language: Good command of Written, reading & oral. 良好的英语读写听说能力。 Open & easy going, independent & hands-on, good communication skill. 性格开朗，独立的思考能力，良好的沟通能力。
