维修工程师

性别要求：不限性别 Main Duties 主要职责:Elaborate Purchase Requisitions, Overtime control an d Prepare Planned Maintenance worksheet for spare parts;制定采购需求表、加班表、备品备件使用计划表；Follow up of the Department Action Plan （Open Items）;跟踪部门的活动计划，并推进实施；Ｕpdate the KPIs from Plant Engineering; 更新工程部的KPI指标；Support the elaboration of Work Instructions, Safety Work Procedures, Job Risk Analysis;支持工作说明书、安全作业流程及工作风险分析的制作；Support the definition of the spare parts, the elaboration of the planned maintenance plan;支持备品备件的认定，维修计划的制定；Support the corrective maintenance of utilities equipment;支持动力设备的维修保养；Plan, execute an d coordinate the technical renovation projects;计划，执行和协调技术改造项目；Provide technical support to the PE technicians for site maintenance an d equip. installation supervision work;为部门技师的现场维修和设备安装监管提供技术支持；Assist Dep. manager for the daily management of the utility equipment operation an d maintenance; 协助部门经理对能源设施的运行和维护工作的日常管理工作；Support the other field of Infrastructure, such as HSE, construction etc;支持基础建设部门其它模块的工作，如HSE，施工建设等。Ensures all the activities contribute to CT-ECC profitability; 确保所有行为都有益于提高CT-ECC的盈利；Continuously improves operational processes; 持续改进、优化运作流程；Assures legal compliance with HSE legislation for all process activities, an d compliance with all TKCN/CT-ECC HSE;确保所有的行为均符合健康、安全和环境方面的法律要求，并遵循TKCN/CT-ECC 的健康、安全和环境的要求；Authorization授权Specific definitions in related work instruction;相关的工作指导书中明确定义的授权；Proposal of optimize functional Ｏr cross functional operations an d HSE advice.具有提出优化本部门或其它部门操作流程及有关环境、健康、安全方面的建议权。Qualification Requirement 任职资格Education 教育:College degree Ｏr above, majoring in mechanical an d electricity engineering Ｏr related disciplines;本科及以上学历， 机电工程及相关专业；Experience 经验要求:Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; 3年以上相关工作经验要求；Competency 胜任力Good team player, detail oriented, patient an d able to work under pressure;良好的团队合作能力，细节导向，耐心，能承受一定的压力；Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint an d Excel;熟练应用Microsoft Word, PowerPoint an d Excel； Fluent in both spoken an d written English; 熟练的英语书面和口语表达能力；
