Role Summary/Purpose :Recognized as an experienced lead expert, influences at the manager level on strategic plans,projects an d initiatives. Coordinate an d expedite the flow of materials （from suppliers an d alsowithin departments） according to production schedules. Plan an d schedule material/productionneeds. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed an d strongfoundation of function skills an d knowledge of relevant technologies.
Essential Responsibilities :? Manage materials planning, material processes an d systems, prepare an d Ｕpdate productionschedules an d purchasing needs.? Ensure operational alignment with production plan an d KPIs.? Optimize inventory an d process improvements.? Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting Ｏr based upon precedents inthe organizations.? Works together with business leadership at SPB an d EB level.? Specifies needs, communicates about project approach an d presents outcomes of researchdone.? Delivers products as part of a team.? Works on cross functional teams.? Alternatively: Leads analytical an d design activities using proven technologies an d vestedapproaches an d methods.
Qualifications/Requirements :1. Bachelor s degree from an accredited university Ｏr college （or a high school diploma / GED withat least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing）.2. Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Materials Planning an d Execution Ｏr SupplyChain experience, Ｏr GE Leadership Program employee Ｏr graduate.
Desired Characteristics :1. MBA Ｏr Masters Degree2. 5 years of proven experience in Materials Planning an d Execution3. Certified Black Belt4. Oracle knowledge an d experience5. Lean Manufacturing Experience, including leading AWOs6. OMLP Graduate
