Job Description To performance the compensation & benefits function of HR operation an d other related tasks to assist Head of HRD in providing excellent HR related service to all staff.
Job Responsibilities 1.Handle routine C&B related matters an d ensure timely an d accurate execution C&B daily work 2.Responsible for personnel information filing of staff an d maintaining data Updates in HR Database 3.Responsible for new hire/ separation staff registration 4.Responsible for staff benefits management including but not limited to medical check, insurance, reimbursement etc. 5.Respond to staff enquiries related to compensation & benefits in a timely an d professional manner 6.Assist in preparing C&B related policy, documents Or letters per instruction 7.Assist in C&B related reporting, auditing etc. 8.Support other HR functions as required an d assigned by Manager
Basic Qualifications 1. University graduate Or above 2. At least 2 years related experience in HR 3. Fluent in English both oral an d written 4. Proficiency in Microsoft office application software 5. Good analytical mind an d problem solving ability 6. Strong communication an d inter-personal skills 7. Good team player, outgoing, sociable an d independent. 8. Occupational health an d safety acumen.
